Never mistake the answer for the truth. Guidance by true wisdom must be internal. One person’s metaphor is another person’s prison. Joy is just one of the shifting colors of presence. Truth is always tainted by perception until it is no longer witnessed and instead erupts. Don’t seek your center for safety, but for the experience of flowing source-and then dance! If you are spending time to find time, you are missing the point. It’s right here. Silence is the doorway to the natural self, yes; but, the key to silence is contrasting perspectives. The moment truth is named it vanishes. Awakening is entirely perception. The messenger is not the message and the message is not the truth. When we learn to simply live life, belief becomes unnecessary. Even the best teacher can only point you back at the truth inside you. Success should be defined by your proximity to source. Abundance is what is hiding inside you , but never depletes when you let it out Wisdom is useful access to truth. It is not karma or fate that fills a moment with negativity, but choice. The moment that is kissed is not missed. Happiness is very enjoyable, but unnecessary, side effect of presence. Energy has direction: when scarcity calls, ensure you have energy flowing out to allow energy to flow in. Become conscious of the energy of currency, and the currency of energy. Please dispose of your metaphors in the appropriate recycling bin where they will be composted into reality. Life and living are both optional; instructions are in the wind. Answers are questions that have become irrelevant. Trying to understand our separation from consciousness is itself a problem and perpetuates the gap. As clarity deepens, the flow itself begins to illuminate and become the motivation. When the door opens fully, the doorway itself disappears. Pessimistic people are simply distractions and bad role models. Their intentions are only an issue if you allow it. For peace: in place of tolerance or forgiveness, just allow. The difference is subtle, but profound. Peace is experienced by allowing what is to be what it is instead of what we want it to be or expect it to be. Judgment is merely a particular flavor of separation between us and the natural world. When metaphors harden, the flow becomes quiet and cold. The natural world is not ours to control, yet we can dance with it gracefully. What is the optimal setting for spiritual development? Anywhere and at any time. The metaphor is only the wrapper; let it fall away and participate in the essence. In the silence of the mind is the heartbeat of the natural self. The false self cannot experience what it does not believe; your potential lives beneath the trap of the known. True happiness is in allowing what is; What isn’t good is not made worse and what is good is just that. The only difference between meditating to be present and being present is in the time we spend meditating. Real abundance isn’t magic; it’s just potential the false self can’t see because it’s busy believing in limitation. The mind that allows opens the door. Truth is the simplest and most beautiful form of living. The rain falls through me to the earth, the grass grows through me to the sky. It is as if the Earth has planted us to break through the false world like so many shoots of grass to retake its soul. Pain, suffering and the need for healing are all simply separation from the natural self. Rejoin the natural self. The less I struggle, the more I become my natural self; the more I become my natural self, the less I struggle. Happiness is not the antidote to unhappiness. It is just a prettier distraction from the moment. The more I ask, the less I understand; the harder I seek, the less I find. Slow down--let go. The voices of the natural world must be felt as textures, waves and rhythms, as meaning without expectation. Yesterday’s metaphors are like moldy spaghetti. Becoming Your Natural Self... |
Spiritual development is inordinately difficult to achieve with intellectual approaches to an experiential truth. Intuisdom aims directly at the gap left behind. ~ Anton Elohan Byers |
